Joe Ray Kelley

    Joe Ray Kelley has been recognized and rewarded locally, regionally, nationally and internationally for his painting in acrylic, oil and mixed mediums.

    Kelley accepted an invitation to exhibit his work in the Biennale Internazionalle Dell'Arte Contemporanea, December 6-15, 2003 in Florence , Italy .

    He is a SIGNATURE ARTIST in the National Oil and Acrylic Painters’ Society (NOAPS) and serves as Chairman of the Signature Artist Guild, the National Society of Artist (NSA) and the International Acrylic Painters Society (ISAP) with his name recorded in the Tate Museum in England as a signature member of this organization. Joe Ray is also a member of the National Society of Painters in Casein and Acrylic (NSPCA).  

    Gallery representation in the local Greater Kansas City area include the Northland Exposure Artists’ Gallery, 110 Main, Parkville , MO and the Images Gallery, 1511 Walnut in Kansas City , MO.
